These files/prints are for personal use only. Buyer is not purchasing the rights to the image. Any and all publishing and reproduction rights are reserved solely by the artist. This image is not to be re-distributed, copied, imitated, or misappropriated in any way. If you are in any way unsure of the legal rights retained by the artist following the sale of the work, or are purchasing this artwork with the intention of re-selling this work please be aware of the Visual Artists Rights Act available through the US Library of Congress and International Copyright Law.

Print File Information
This purchase is for a digital file only. No artwork will be shipped. All files are 300 DPI for a high-quality print at the specified size. Buyer may print this file on a personal printer, or use a professional reproduction service.

See item description for exact reproduction size. See the description of the original artwork to match print substrate (watercolor paper, canvas, etc…). Taxes
If applicable, U.S. state sales tax based on your location and item cost will be added to your purchase.

Packaging and Shipping
We have been shipping artwork domestically and internationally for over 20 years. Your order will be prepared for shipping with the utmost care and we keep you updated throughout the entire process.
In most cases, items will be ready to ship within 3 working days of confirmed payment. We are currently using UPS for domestic and international shipments. Once your shipping address is entered, during checkout, you will be able to see UPS pricing and shipping options for your order and location.
If you are located outside the United States, there may be additional duties, taxes, tariffs and fees for your shipment. If possible, we will notify you before the item is shipped with all known charges due upon pick-up at your customs facility. These additional charges are the buyers responsibility.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed by a 10-day return/exchange policy.
 Please send an email explaining the reason you would like to return or exchange an item within 10 days of receipt. Once you receive a confirmation, return the item in new condition using the same shipping method and packaging as the original shipment.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and fees.

Once the item has been received and the condition confirmed, we will contact you and a refund or an exchange will be processed. For refunds, only the item price and any sales tax will be refunded. Shipping costs and any additional customs fees are not refundable. Funds can take up to 10 days to reach your financial institution. For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 working days.

Damaged Items
If an item is delivered with damage, please contact us immediately and explain the situation. Photos of any damage to packaging and/or item should be included.
 Once confirmed, a return pick-up will be arranged. When the return is received, a full refund, including shipping, will be made. If an exchange or repair is possible, this option will be offered as a solution.
