You can create an account during checkout or make your purchase as a guest.

Payments

Most transactions are handled through Stripe using your choice of credit card, debit card, Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Paypal / Venmo is also available.

Taxes

If applicable, state sales tax based on your location and item cost will be added to your purchase.

Packaging and Shipping

We have been shipping artwork domestically and internationally for over 20 years. Your order will be prepared for shipping with the utmost care and we keep you updated throughout the entire process.

In most cases, items will be ready to ship within 3 working days of confirmed payment. We are currently using UPS for domestic and international shipments. Once your shipping address is entered, during checkout, you will be able to see UPS pricing and shipping options for your order and location.

If you are located outside the United States, there may be additional duties, taxes, tariffs and fees for your shipment. We will notify you before the item is shipped with all known charges due upon pick-up at your customs facility. These additional charges are the buyers responsibility.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


Your satisfaction is guaranteed by a 10-day return/exchange policy.
 Please send an email explaining the reason you would like to return or exchange an item within 10 days of receipt. Once you receive a confirmation, return the item in new condition using the same shipping method and packaging as the original shipment.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping and fees.


Once the item has been received and the condition confirmed, we will contact you and a refund or an exchange will be processed. For refunds, only the item price and any sales tax will be refunded. Shipping costs and any additional customs fees are not refundable. Funds can take up to 10 days to reach your financial institution. For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 working days.

Damaged Items


If an item is delivered with damage, please contact us immediately and explain the situation. Photos of any damage to packaging and/or item should be included.
 Once confirmed, a return pick-up will be arranged. When the return is received, a full refund, including shipping, will be made. If an exchange or repair is possible, this option will be offered as a solution.
